I've been putting off writing publicly for years. The reasons were all reasonable: too busy, not sure what to say, worried it would be misread in a competitive environment like Dubai.
But here's what changed.
I started building AI agents with Claude. Not as a side project for show, but as real tools I use in my actual life. And the process of building them — the iteration, the precision required, the conversations with an AI that pushes back when you're being sloppy — taught me something about thinking clearly.
